Instagram From Facebook Branding Spotted in App

Facebook-owned photo-messaging program Instagram seems to be more re-branding to incorporate the parent firm's name as a portion of its own.

"Instagram is going to have new branding referred to as'Instagram out of Facebook'," reverse engineer Jane Manchun Wong tweeted on Thursday and a screenshot of this domain.

To establish whole control over the various divisions of his firm, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg was going to integrate WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to a unified platform.

The unified platform could have a collective user-base of over 2.6 billion individuals and Zuckerberg intends to assist them cross-communicate throughout the programs, the press had reported.

"Instagram co-founder @kevin said during SXSW 2019 that Instagram's independence was reduced. And this fresh branding is revealing it," Wong added.

Neither Facebook nor Instagram has published an official announcement on the topic as yet.
