G.Skill Company announced the release of a new 64-GB SO-DIMM RAM, which is positioned as the fastest solution of its kind.
The new Ripjaws package includes four DDR4 SO-DIMM memory modules with 16 GB capacity each. The modules operate at 3466 MHz with timings CL17-17-17-37 and a working supply voltage of 1.35 V. In the AIDA64 test, the kit provides a reading speed of 95231 MB / s, a recording speed of 94856 MB / s and a copy speed of 90639 MB / s. As the manufacturer assures, the modules are made from hand-selected components Samsung B-die DDR4. The kit allows you to create high-performance configurations of small form factor (SFF) computers that can be used for a wide range of resource-intensive tasks – from games to content creation. Novelty supports the profiles of Intel XMP 2.0.
The new G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR4 SO-DIMM 64GB package will go on sale in the first quarter of 2018, but its price has not been announced yet.  Source: techpowerup
