to European motor show in Tokyo European buyers have not even begun to receive the pre-ordered electric cars Nissan Leaf, and the Japanese manufacturer managed to prepare the second concept based on it. The new Nissan Leaf Grand Touring will be exhibited within the framework of the Tokyo Auto Salon 2018 auto show, which will be held from 12 to 24 January 2018.
The model differs from the production version only in its design, which is not surprising in the light of the fact that this exhibition specializes in tuning. As a result, the renewed electric car with the Grand Touring will receive a black hood, a roof, mirrors and door handles, as well as a special matte silver color and two-color discs.
It is interesting that, in addition to the Leaf model, the Japanese automaker has prepared two cars in the same design – the Nissan NV350 Caravan Grand Touring Concept and the Nissan X-Trail Grand Touring Concept.

Earlier, the Japanese announced a sports version of the new generation Nissan LEAF Nismo, made in a proprietary white-black-red design. The electric car received modified aerodynamics, special suspension settings, sports tires and a new firmware of the on-board computer, which additionally improved the dynamics of the electric car's acceleration.
Let's remind that the updated version of Nissan Leaf presented in September of this year is characterized by a new aerodynamic design, a more powerful 110 kW electric motor, and 40 kWh of capacious batteries, which provides a power reserve of 378 km for the European NEDC cycle, 240 km (150 miles) for the US EPA cycle and 400 km for the Japanese cycle in Japan JC08
